* oatmeal w/ almonds, pomegranate, blueberries, peach  ground flaxseed, splash of cashew milk
* banana, fresh peach
* gorilla salad w/ white beans
* veggie burger (made of sweet potato & sunflower seeds) on multi-grain English muffin w/ tomato, onion, sprouts
* baked potato wedges
*  bowl of vegan split pea soup w/ few XL-chips

* SUN HAS SET
