EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Lift back & chest

EATS:
* fresh peach
* veggie sandwich w/ raw almonds, Greek salad, XL-chips
* smoothie w/ pomegranate, Swiss green chard, peaches, blueberries, almonds  ground flaxseed, splash of cashew milk
* small mug of homemade white beans w/ garlic & Tabasco bbq sauce
* two small XL-cookies

* SUN HAS SET
