* Jog 5k outdoors

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ vit C powder  peaches, blueberries, almonds  ground flaxseed, cashew milk
* banana & few Morning Star vegan  buffalo wings
* veggie sandwich (spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, black olive, jalapeño, banana peppers, red wine vinegar, black pepper on multigrain bread)
* rice crackers & raw almonds

* SUN HAS SET
