* Jog Annual Community 5k race
* Eye exercise
* Lift lower body

* steamed broccoli w/ variety of breaded mushrooms, soy bites & veggie gnocchi w/ tomato
* XL-icee (yes, I splurged after the race!)
*mungbean egg (pancakes) w/ avocado, seaweed XL-salad & tomato
* few baked potato wedges

* SUN HAS SET
