EXERCISE:

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ fresh peaches, sliced almonds, ground flaxseed, oatmilk
* mung-egg sandwich w/ onion, tomato, multi-grain toast, dab of apricot preserve & grapeseed XL-mayo
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* experimenting – making mung-bean egg from scratch (1st attempt batter too thick, will try again)… got mung-bean pancake w/ strawberry preserve
* fresh peach & walnuts

* SUN HAS SET
