Day 4 of Year 7 Low SOS-Vegan Plan (Day 24 of Year 2 COVID-19 Lockdown)

Today I strolled about Los Angeles while mechanic serviced the car. They had a rough round of covid down there this winter.

On this lovely warm sunny day I ate meatless burger for lunch.

Ethiopian veggies for supper.

Came across this message plastered on a light post.

Well there… I guess that settles the question! [Nope, still don’t know yet. Gotta consult more inner city light posts…]

EXERCISE:
* Hours of strolling (outweighed by the many more hours sitting in traffic)

WATER:
(3) Ă— (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* leftover gorilla salad
* meatless In-n-Out burger W/O secret sauce, mayo or cheese
* half order of XL-fries
* Ethiopian veg plater w/ sourdough teff flatbread (injera)
* peanut encrusted date

…SUN HAS SET…
