* tossed salad w/ dinner roll & raspberry italian XL-dressing
* restaurant cous-cous & quinoa (w/ grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, fresh mint, toasted pinenuts tossed in balsamic vinegar, olive XL-oil w/ cracked lemon pepper)
* (Decided to eat cous-cous combined w/ tossed salad… twice. I added raw cabbage, carrots, etc.)
