* steamed broccoli
* whole grain toast w/ slab of homemade CLA cheez, vegan pastrami sandwich (lots of veggies)
* natural (no added sugar) apple sauce
* homemade oatmeal, walnut, vegan chocolate XL-chip cookies
* few XL- pistachios
