* homemade potato salad (boiled potato, fresh chopped/shredded carrot, celery, onion, broccoli, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, mustard, dab of vegan XL-mayo, garlic powder, salt free lemon pepper, Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning, Himalayan kala namak (sulfur) salt, little pepperoncini juice)
* steamed brussel sprouts
* sparkling water w/ little added soft XL-drink
