* mashed potatoes (w/ blended pre-soaked cashews, almond milk, mustard, seasoning)
* soycurls (pre-soaked, drained, shredded, then sauteed with green pepper, red pepper, onion, liquid smoke, A-1 sauce, bbq sauce)
* steamed kale w/ lemon juice
* yellow tomatoes (from Uncle/Aunt’s garden)
* spaghetti salad (w/ some XL-oil)
* fresh broccoli, celery, crackers
* XL-soft drink diluted w/ plain club soda
