* Standing desk all day
* Mini-trampoline

* orchard apricots & boysenberries
* banana
* vegan (pea-based) sausage XL-dog (contains too much XL-oil)

* marinated carrot dog (the winner!) on whole wheat bun w/ mustard
* bbq white beans
* high fiber pasta salad w/ lots of veggies, seasoned w/ homemade “salad supreme” & combo low-XL-oil Italian dressing + red wine vinegar)
* fruity/nutty trailmix
