* cauliflower crust pizza topped w/ very veggie-ghetti sauce, ground almonds, nutritional yeast
* salad w/ green lentils, garbanzo beans, roasted cauliflower, spinach, apples, pecans, jicama, crumbled nori sheet, with red wine shallot XL-vinaigrette (contained a bit of oil)
* diluted fizzy drink (half XL-soda + half plain soda water)
