Day 44 of Year 5 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Kickbox
* Walk dog outdoors
* Vibrating platform standing-squats

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* fresh jackfruit
* fresh pico de gallo
* grilled carrot dogs in whole grain bun (best vegan dogs ever!)
* butter-lettuce salad w/ vinegar dressing (had small amt of XL-oil)
* bbq white beans
* jicima sticks (pre-boiled, then air-fried)
* low sodium, low fat tortilla chips w/ pinto bean dip
* kombucha
* dairy free & egg-free cookie (but contained veggie XL-oil)

… SUN HAS SET …
