* gorilla salad (mixed spring greens, arugula, mushroom, carrots, broccoli slaw, cauliflower, ginger fatfree dressing)
* bourbon casserole (soy curls, squash, eggplant, pineapple, onion) on brown rice
* avocado toast on high fiber bread
* sliced orange
* pinto beans, rice, lettuce, tomato on corn tortilla (had some XL-oil)
* rolled oats w/ ground chia seed, dehydrated beet, alfalfa, barley & pomegranate juice powder, almonds, blackstrap molasses, almond milk
