* BBQ Pulled Porky-Pods (see recipe) rehydrated dried soy bean pods called “Soy Curls” w/ bbq sauce
* baked potato
* bbq beans (onion sauteed in bbq sauce + water, then add cooked white beans)
* Steamed brocolli
* nacho cheez sauce (see recipe)
* sliced tomato
