EXERCISE:
* Lift ab-domination
* Bicycle at park
* Face exercise (I often do these & forget to post them)

* taco (pinto beans, rice, quinoa, peppers & onion, kale, broccoli, cabbage, tomato, XL-avocado, salsa on grilled corn tortilla)
* corn-on-cob
* no-added-sugar cherry sparkling water w/ shot of cola
* watermelon
