EXERCISE:
* bicycle in the park
* standing desk
* face exercise
* whole body vibration platform (not the most effective weight loss program, but very relaxing & a heck of a lot of fun!)

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* lots of jack fruit
* homemade very veggie noodle soup
* high fiber sour dough, XL-avocado, tomato toast
* one mini XL-coconut ice cream sandwhich
* bean w/ steamed greens, onion & lemon juice
* potato/XL-avocado tacos w/ onion on corn tortillas

… SUN HAS SET …
