* Standing desk 8 hrs

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (leafy greens, ground flax & chia seeds, blueberries, ice, little almond milk, water, rolled oats) & banana
* veggie wrap w/ hummus, raw veggies (cabbage, carrots, broccoli, onion, cilantro, parsley, radish), ADD raw chopped veggies and edamame (unwrap and throw away half the fatfree lavash flat-bread)
* seaweed snack TJ (trader joe’s)
* acaí bowl, banana & raw almonds
