Just back from HHH Conference (Health, Healing, Happiness) in Vegas. Won this book in raffle:

I’m encouraged to report my habits in this Project Waistline daily journal again! (Keeping myself on the straight & narrow path.)

EXERCISE:
* Face exercise
* Lift Lunch Sisters @ gym
* Standing desk 7 hrs
* Bicycle ride in the park

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (leafy greens, ground flax & chia seeds, blueberries, mango, ice, little almond milk, water, rolled oats)
* water sauteed brussel sprouts, mushroom, tomato, kale, onion, avocado, salsa (low salt), salt-free pinto beans
* seaweed snack TJ (trader joe’s)
* banana & raw almonds

… SUN HAS SET …
