Day 1 of Year 4 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:

* Micro-needle facial & cream massage w/ negative ion / red light photo / deep vibration therapy
* stroll 20 min

WATER:

EATS:
* shredded wheat, rolled oats, grapenut flakes, strawberries, banana, ground flax & chia seeds, almond milk
* wafer-thin veggie burger on whole grain English muffin w/ romaine lettuce, tomato, XL-avocado, bbq sauce, mustard
* popcorn
* XL-avocado & tomato tacos, dry-grilled (no oil) corn tortillas w/ Tabasco sauce ( I got this idea after I broke a giant bottle of Tabasco sauce on my kitchen floor today. It made the whole house smell wonderful! So I bought a new bottle and enjoyed it on these tacos.)
