Day 312 of Year 3 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Lift rockbottom
(we had summer weather this fine January day!)
* Walked about city campus 1 hr
* Walked in park 5 more hrs until evening (got a little cool by then)

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* wafer-thin pea-based veggie burger on pita w/ onion, tomato, broccoli-slaw, mustard, ketchup
* shredded wheat, corn flakes w/ ground chia & flaxseed, strawberries, blueberries, almond milk
* tofu sandwich w/ veggies on XL-white roll
* ate half of small salad (romaine lettuce, onion, brown & golden raisins, XL-glazed pecans & XL-Italian dressing)

… SUN HAS SET …

* bean, rice, tomato salsa on XL-crispy corn tortilla
* frozen XL-coconut milk mini sandwich

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food
