* veggie sandwhich w/ XL-chips
* homemade quinoa gorilla salad: After twice using 40% off groupon on this great salad (normal costs $10) I just made it myself (tomatoes, garbanzo beans, quinoa, bulgur wheat groats, pomegranate seeds from backyard, cucumber, red onions, cilantro, XL-avocado, organic mixed greens, green cabbage, broccoli, chicory, balsamic vinaigrette dressing (bottled dressing had small amount olive XL-oil, so I thinned it out w/ apple cider vinegar)
