Day 186 of Year 3 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Bike ride in the park 40 min
* Walk in the park 20 min

WATER:
(3) × (25.4) = 76.2 oz

EATS:
* pulled “pork” sandwich (shredded jackfruit meat w/ sauteed onion & nopales) on birote roll w/ loads of broccoli-slaw, steamed corn & bbq white beans
* fresh jackfruit (took me 45 minutes to butcher that monster & extract the sweet pearls of yellow/orange flesh)
* pasta skilletini (pasta, onion, bell pepper sauteed in basalmic vinegar)
