EXERCISE:
* Walk-about campus
* Walk around block w/ Mom & Sissy
* Powerwalk outdoors 90 minutes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* sliced orange
* baked/sliced/airfried potato dipped in mustard
* leftover Mongolian bbq veggies tossed w/ white rice & whole wheat organic noodles

… SUN HAS SET …

* avocado toast on 9 grain sourdough
