* fresh jackfruit
* chopped gorilla salad w/ sauerkraut
* very veggie Italian tomato sauce served over whole wheat pasta w/ nutritional yeast on top
* whole wheat sourdough toast w/ avocado
* few black beans w/ chipotle pepper
