EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk outdoors on campus 45 minutes
* Hike 45 minutes outdoors in afternoon sunshine
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* 1 slice 9 grain sourdough toast
* rolled oats, blueberries, mango, sliced almonds, hot water
* Mongolian bbq (uber amounts of veggies, noodles & one scoop white rice on side)
* banana
