* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* rolled oats, blueberries, mango, sliced almonds, hot water, banana
* pistachios
* pasta salad mixed w/ chopped cruciferous gorilla salad
* tomato ramen soup w/ lotsa veggies
