* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* gorilla salad
* strawberries & sliced orange
* steamed brussel sprouts, very veggie/sauerkraut spaghetti & avocado
* Mexi-bowl (pinto beans, rice, cabbage, avocado, onion, salsa)
* pizza-style bread XL-stick
