* Moroccan (grandmother) stew w/ truckloads of veggies, served over basmati rice
* warm crusty bread w/ avocado
* 3 ingredient brownies (add some almond pulp from 3/4 C of raw almonds, after processing into 1:5 ratio almond milk)
