Day 312 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 50 minutes indoors (post banana)
* Lift (press day @ gym)
* powerwalk 20 minutes outdoors (post meal)

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana (then go for walk)
* oatmeal cooked w/ some grapenuts, blueberries, strawberries
* gorilla salad (escarole, endive, radiccio, red & green cabbage, frisee greens, carrot, kale, tomato) w/ whole wheat pasta, steamed broccoli w/ few drops of homemade tofu ranch dressing w/ Umami & red wine vinegar
* cannellini beans w/ bbq young jackfruit
* couple small chunk pieces of watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, few red grapes

… SUN HAS SET …

* 2 celery stalks
