* few apricots (not very ripe yet) & watermelon

* Community bicycle ride 2 hours in the city w/ streets closed-off
* PT APP workout

* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit & oats)
* small scoop of lime rice w/ curry potatoes, edamame & forbidden rice sourdough bread (it incorporates black rice, also known as forbidden rice, into the dough)
* wauté chopped brussel sprouts, tomato, mushroom, scallions, a few soycurls, add black beans, chipotle pepper, then serve over leftover purple rice w/ avocado toast
* a single french fry 🙂
* few strawberries w/ half a banana

1 ½ pounds sweet potatoes (2 medium or 3 small)
1-1.5 cups cooked millet or quinoa
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
½ cup chopped red onion
⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
2.5 tsp smoked paprika
2.5 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic granules
Cayenne
2 tsp oregano
1 cup oats (organic and glyphosate free)
Optional:
½ tsp salt or to taste
