* airfried oilfree diced potatoes o’brien (from frozen) w/ ketchup
* black beans (partially drained canned saltfree, add fire roasted tomato chunks, chopped red onion, garlic & onion powder, scoop of 30 Second Salsa powder, umami mushroom powder, palm XL-sugar)
* instant pot lime rice w/ some salsa added when finished cooking
* steamed broccoli
