STEPS That Make Medium Length THIN Hair LOOK THICK!

This video offers tips for making medium-length, thin hair appear thicker. The stylist emphasizes the importance of addressing the ends, mid-shaft, and roots of the hair to create a fuller look.

CHAPTERS DISCUSS:
* Trim off the thin bottom length.
* Layer the hair ONLY above your recession line that extends back toward the occipital bone (below that line everything should be one length).

(LAYER ABOVE RECESSION LINE)

* Use volumizing product that allows movement & texture.
* Color hair from scalp to about 1.5 inches out, only ONE LEVEL DARKER than your natural color (low lights), in order to create shadowing.
* Apply fiber to roots, the kind that does not fall out, rub out, drip out when moist, but does wash out at the end of the day. (Recommends Toppik fiber applied w/ pump applicator.)

Olive Oil Facts

From Jeff Nelson at VegSource.com

Despite what you may have heard recently, oil-including olive oil–has no place in a truly whole food, plant-based diet. As Dr. McDougall explains, oil is not a health food. While olive oil may be “better than lard,” it’s still 100% pure fat -highly calorically dense, stripped of fiber and virtually devoid of nutrients. Just one tablespoon contains around 120 calories with no ability to satisfy hunger. In contrast, whole plant foods provide the fiber, vitamins and minerals your body actually needs. A starch-based diet without added oils supports lasting weight loss, better heart health and long-term well-being. When it comes to your plate, nature made the better choice-whole plants, not processed fats.

Why heart attacks are striking young people – and surprising connection to a pandemic drug rule

April 21, 2025

“Adderall and Ritalin prescriptions surged by 14 percent during the pandemic, driven largely by the rapid rise of telehealth platforms and relaxed regulations that made it easier to obtain prescriptions through virtual consultations.”

“Some experts have pointed to the Covid virus as a possible cause due to the strain it puts on the heart and its link to blood flow issues.”

“Conspiracy theorists have also linked the rise to the Covid vaccines, though there is no evidence linking the shots to widespread heart attacks.”

[Ed: In all fairness those promoting the first two paragraph quotes should also be labeled conspiracy theorists.]
