🌞 Phone APP for Vitamin D Exposure
Did you know there is a direct connection between D levels & covid outcomes, wound healing, immune system, general cancer risk, depression, wellness?
“Dminder” is a phone APP that recommends & tracks daily sun exposure for your personal vitamin D requirements WITHOUT burning. Only if/when you exceed the recommended time for each particular day do you avoid the sun by covering up w/ light clothing or sunscreen. (I’ll just cover up w/ clothing & hat b/c slathering on the sunscreen has its own health issues.)
The APP uses your skin type, age, BMI, diet, location, daily weather forecast, etc to determine your personal needs.
