Day 108 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Lift biceps & triceps
* Brisk evening walk

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS:
* bowl of shredded wheat, cheerios, blueberries, walnuts, almond milk
* potato salad w/ red potatoes, celery, shredded carrots, sweet kale chopped salad veggies (kale, green cabbage, broccoli, brussels sprouts, red chicory), dill relish, soycurl bacon (air-fried soycurls that were rehydrated w/ diluted bbq & teriyaki sauce), homemade dressing (tofu, dill relish, few cashews, teaspoon vegan mayo, splash of water, seasoning), served w/ guacamole & sauerkraut
* strawberry homemade ice cream (made of banana, strawberries, cashews, almond milk)

SUN HAS SET

* sliced off some pizza crust (no cheese) & dipped in homemade dressing
