* Trader Joe’s wrap w/ grilled eggplant, cabbage, (add carrots, cauliflower), tahini & Lavash flatbread wrap (tossed out 2/3 of the wrap & only used minimal dribble of soy XL-oil dressing)

* gorilla salad (mixed leafy greens, palm hearts, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, red onion, radishes, edemame, black beans, high fiber pasta, balsamic vinegars, nutritional yeast, ground flaxseed) w/ a scoop of mixed grains (barley, spelt, brown & black rice, corn, peas, carrots, zucchini, flaxseed, onion, vinegar, mustard, pepper)
* XL-almond ice cream sandwiches
