EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k on treadmill
* 10 burpees w/ zinger v-12 smoothie
* Vibrating platform workout
* Lift lower body @ gym

WATER:  (3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* zinger v-12 smoothie used to make pasta sauce w/ chickpeas  whole wheat noodles, steamed spinach, lemon, Costco quinoa salad (fresh cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, chickpeas, fresh parsley and a garlicky olive XL-oil and lemon dressing), nutritional yeast
* strawberries
* vegan sushi
* chickpeas, Costco quinoa salad, scallion,  tabasco bbq sauce & avocado
* homemade sparkling water mixed w/ soft XL-drink
* dark XL-chocolate w/ peanuts
