Day 113 of Year 3 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
# Lift lunch sisters
# Fat-freeze treatment 23 of 30 (reclining 30 min)

WATER:

EATS:
* banana & plums
* raw chopped veggies
(I’m outta town. From this point forward I struck oil… cooking oil, that is… it’s everywhere, tough to avoid when you’re on the road!)
* cilantro salad (w/ peanut XL-oil)
* Thai spicy veggie soup (w/ some sort of XL-oil)
* mango sherbet w/ XL-sweet rice cake (only ate half of serving)
* steamed broccoli, cauliflower, spinach & baby kale (some had XL-oil)
* seasoned seaweed (had some peanut XL-oil)
* baked finger-yams
* veggie rice
* grilled cubed potatoes w/ dollop of XL-guacamole
* slices of veggie/rice roll wrapped in seaweed
* small amount of pasta marinara
* pinto beans, rice, cilantro, XL-guacamole, salsa in XL-crispy corn tortilla shell
* apple XL-pie (but left lots of fatty crust!)
