* rolled oats, blueberries, ground flaxseed, water
* banana
* vegan dark chocolate peanut clusters (contain XL-coconut oil)
* very veggie spaghetti (w/ loads of mushrooms, chopped broccoli, carrots, green and red cabbage, bell pepper, radish, celery, kale, brussels sprouts, chicory, onions, topped w/ XL-avocado & nutritional yeast)
* fatfree air popcorn
* veggie sandwich (XL-avocado, cilantro, peppadew peppers, sliced tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, spicy mustard on grilled ciabatta)
* a few XL-nuts (raw almonds & walnuts)
