* cold lentil loaf sandwich in pita (alfalfa sprouts, shredded carrots & broccoli, cucumber, tomato, XL-avocado, lemon juice, crumbled lentil loaf)

* baked potato w/ A1 sauce
* grilled bell pepper and zucchini
* steamed broccoli
* Trader Joe’s vegan eggplant wrap (tahini has a bit of XL-oil)
* fresh blueberries
