Healthy Vegan APPLE PIE ๐ŸŽ Fat Free, Sugar Free, Gluten Free / Weight Loss

Apple Pie Recipe:

Preheat oven 350ยฐ F

Caramel sauce: cook the following on stovetop set to low for 10 minutes

8 medjool dates
2/3 cup chickpeas
1 cup water
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp cinnamon

To sauce add & set aside:

4 chopped large apples (if organic retain peel)


Crust: combine the following in blender or food processor
2 cup oats
1 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
4 medjool dates
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Smash into pie dish & bake the crust for 10 minutes


Crumble:
1 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Just of half a lemon
3 medjool dates
2/3 cup chickpeas

Fill warm crust w/ apple mixture & top w/ crumble

Bake:ย  the whole pie for 30 minutes
