On left: split-open baked sweet potato topped w/ cauliflower-based nacho cheez, sauerkraut & mushrooms

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk about campus 30 minutes
* Running up/down multiple floors of stairs

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* small serving of rolled oats w/ water & blueberries
* banana
* quinoa salad (no oil) w/ chopped onion, tomato, cucumber
* baked sweet potato w/ homemade Nacho cheez sauce,  mushrooms & sauerkraut
* garlic avocado on multi-grain sourdough toast
* plain sparkling ice water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* piece of (oat, crispy rice) XL-choco w/ 4.5 g fat
* tacos – oilfree dry-grilled corn tortillas, brown basmati rice (made w/ onion, red/green bell pepper, lime juice, salsa), mashed beans (smashed fat/salt-free pinto beans), topped w/ chopped romaine, chicory, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, carrots & two drops of guacamole
* 1 brazil nut & 4 raw almonds
