* Moroccan stew w/ sweet potato, white potato, garbanzo beans, fire roasted tomatoes, lots of various leafy & root veggies served w/ brown rice & sauerkraut
* plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* apple & mango
* few pecans & 92% dark chocolate
