EXERCISE:
* Jog outdoors
* Face exercise
* Eye exercise
* Mini-trampoline workout
* Lift chest, biceps, abs

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* low XL-sugar granola w/ walnuts on uncooked oatmeal, bran flakes, grapenuts, cheerios w/ almond milk, fresh boysenberries
* veggie burger & XL-fries (bad choice on fries, but I was hungry on the road)
* vegan chopurrito salad @ Chop Shop
* oilfree popcorn w/ almonds & a few XL-sweet kernels

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food
