I find the vegan zombie story very interesting because I am preparing to get my blood tested for the first time in many years. The video above describes his situation in which he (young man, long time vegan & daily exercise freak) lowered his elevated cholesterol by strictly removing the oil from his diet, as well as the excess avocados and nuts. I am conscious of the oil in my diet and avoid it most (not all) of the time, but I have been eating a lot of avocados and nuts lately. I’m curious to see what my numbers are, and then I will move forward from there
