* dirty rice (brown rice w/ mushrooms, onion, chopped broccoli, carrots, green and red cabbage, bell pepper, radish, celery, kale, brussels sprouts, chicory, etc) sautéed in rice vinegar & tamari sauce
* wheat sourdough XL-avocado toast
