Choco Hummus made w/ Chickpeas, Dates & Vanilla

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas drained aquafaba reserved
¾ cup dates soaked at least 1 hour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cocoa optional – to make a chocolate caramel version


Instructions
Blend together, adding some water or non-dairy milk as needed.
Store in the fridge or freeze for later.
