Diet & Cancer

The American Cancer Society / American Society of Clinical Oncology recommends a diet high in vegetables, fruit, whole grains & legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc); and low in saturated fat and alcohol.

Studies are currently in progress, but to date, not a single clinical study has shown a measurable benefit of a ketogenic (high-fat, adequate protein, low carbohydrate) diet for any human cancer.
