Day 146 of Year 10 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

Too much guac, told myself not to eat ALL… but of course I did!

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors in the sunshine – we are in a lovely heatwave, but I always check the ultraviolet (uv) index before I start my jog to make sure it is extremely low
* Lift biceps & triceps
* Spent an hour exercising feet,  ankles, calves in a mini-pool

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* homemade oilfree baked corn tortilla strips w/ some leftover avo-hummus (no added oil)
* mixed cereal (Grapenuts nuggets, Arrowhead Spelt flakes, dry oats, backyard peaches, fresh strawberries, almond milk)
* Cubano bowl (black beans, brown rice, corn, onions, bell peppers, chipotle peppers, cilantro, lime, guacamole)
* watermelon

… SUN HAS SET …
