Day 103 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors

WATER: (2) × (32) = 64 oz

EATS: (filled up on veggies before attending evening party b/c you never know if it will be vegan-friendly… but it was!)
* small amount of left-over choco banana-cashew ice cream
* oilfree chickpea salad & homemade dressing (also added Mediterranean chopped salad – romaine, chicory, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, carrot, tomato) served w/ avocado toast
* Later, at the party, I had small servings of pinto beans, Mexi-rice, salsa, raw veggies & fruit, water
